Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used perfumes
  • Opened fragrance bottles
  • Items purchased on sale (if mentioned)

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund method will be discussed (bank transfer / store credit)
